Two Rivers, WI: One-Year TIF District Extension for Housing Development
The Two Rivers city council approved a one-year TIF district extension explicitly tied to a housing development project. The smallest-scale version of the extension question Traverse City is currently fighting over at a $127-to-$233-million scale (RW-F-6).
Watch: Whether the housing project actually closes and breaks ground inside the one-year extension window, or whether the district needs a second extension.
