Streetscape Maintenance Services

Capitol Hill BID is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive streetscape maintenance services for our 45-block district. Services include daily litter removal, pressure washing, graffiti abatement, and seasonal plantings maintenance.

• Daily litter pickup and trash removal (7 days/week) • Weekly pressure washing of sidewalks • Graffiti removal within 24 hours of report • Seasonal planting installation and maintenance • Snow and ice removal as needed • Monthly reporting on service metrics

• Minimum 3 years experience in commercial maintenance • Licensed and insured in Washington State • Ability to deploy team within 2 hours for emergencies • Experience with BID or municipal contracts preferred • References from similar-sized contracts required
