Sunnyside is a useful counterweight to the Manhattan-dominated numbers in that dataset: a smaller, outer-borough BID operating on a fraction of the budget of the districts that drive the city's aggregate figures.

Watch: Whether the Mamdani administration's borough-based BID convenings, which launched June 2 in the Bronx, produce anything concrete for Queens districts by fall.
