Advertising Policy
Plat Street maintains full editorial independence across all sections and all advertising surfaces. All advertising placements are subject to Plat Street's sole discretion. We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or remove any placement that conflicts with our editorial independence, our category standards, or our obligations to our audiences — without explanation required.
All advertising is visually distinct from editorial content at all times. No native advertising. No sponsored content that mimics editorial format. The distinction between advertising and editorial is always clear to the reader.
One sponsor per newsletter issue. One advertiser per website section per month. Annual report premium placements (back cover, inside front cover, section naming rights) are sold to a single advertiser each.
Digital: PNG or JPEG at exact pixel dimensions, 72dpi minimum. Print: High-resolution PDF or JPEG at 300dpi with .125" bleed on full-page placements. Full specifications sent with booking confirmation.
Rates are reviewed quarterly and increase as audience size grows. Confirmed bookings are honored at the rate in effect at time of booking.
